MEET RACHAEL
FOUNDER & LICENSED BUYERS AGENT
Raised in a family of entrepreneurs, Rachael gained invaluable business knowledge from her family's 200 plus store international jewellery chain. With a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed and run a business, she embraces her father's philosophy of thinking outside the box and seeking alternative paths to success. This mindset has allowed her to excel in various ventures, including successful property investments, international coaching, and serving as a director of a high-end Health Club in Melbourne.
Rachael's passion lies in connecting with people and she is known for her dynamic approach and forward-thinking mindset in business. She possesses a unique ability to see the big picture and relies on her intuition to navigate both business and life.
Her journey into the world of real estate began 23 years ago when she first engaged a buyer's agent to purchase a property. Growing up in a family that valued the expertise and access to properties that a buyer's agent offered, Rachael and her family purchased three properties within a span of four weeks. This experience highlighted the importance of having an experienced professional who understands the market and can find the right property at the right price.
Throughout her real estate endeavours, Rachael has purchased properties locally and internationally, including the USA, Indonesia, locally in the Hinterland and along the Coast of Noosa. She recognizes the significance of securing real estate from a young age to establish financial stability and appreciates the sense of belonging that comes with owning a home. Rachael's own cherished childhood memories in her family home inspire her passion for being a buyer's agent and being part of people's journeys in finding their dream homes.
Together, Rachael and Matthew boast over 50 years of combined experience in buying, renovating, developing and selling properties across Victoria, Queensland, USA, and Indonesia.

Introducing Matthew, a joint visionary behind Property Partners Buyers Agents. With a lifelong passion for property & a deep-rooted understanding of its value, Matthew's journey began in humble surroundings. Raised by a single mother in a rented unit, he decided early on a part of his purpose was to own and invest in property. This passion has been a key ingredient in shaping his personal success & financial stability.
Matthew's natural talent for negotiation emerged at a young age, honed by a decade in the police force. This experience allowed him to gain a profound understanding of people from all walks of life. Whether it's connecting with clients or navigating complex transactions, Matthew's ability to empathize and communicate to achieve your desired outcome shines through.
In the early 2000s, Matthew delved into the world of real estate, working as a sales agent at a prestigious inner-city agency. This invaluable experience provided him with a thorough understanding of the techniques & strategies employed by top Sales Agents.
As an entrepreneur, Matthew has successfully built businesses from the ground up. His keen eye for recognizing opportunities has led him to acquire properties that have later transformed into thriving multi-storey unit developments. With a track record of successful business start-ups, he knows how to turn ideas into realities.
Matthew's key attributes lie in his ability to identify opportunities, devise effective strategies, & negotiate with expertise. In his spare time Matthew enjoys adventure motorcycle riding, open water swimming, watching the AFL or relaxing with their two Labradoodles.
